Quality
How we check quality
Quality is our obsession, and we pride ourselves on uncompromising standards. The grey market fails people with unlabelled products and no batch records; we publish ours. Here is what we check before a product goes on sale, what our certificates show, and what happens if something isn't right.
Every batch is checked before sale
Before a batch is offered for sale, we check it against its certificate of analysis (COA). The lot number on the certificate matches the batch it describes.
Certificates you can see
Where available, we publish batch certificates on our COA page and on the product page. For any other product, email [email protected] with the product name and we'll send you the certificate for the current batch. Current certificates are issued by the manufacturer.
What a certificate covers
| Identity | Confirms the product is the stated compound. |
|---|---|
| Purity | The measured purity of the batch, typically by HPLC, against its specification. |
| Sterility and endotoxin | Reported where these tests were performed for that product. |
| Lot number | Links the certificate to the specific batch. |
Prescription review
Prescription items are dispatched only after a registered prescriber has reviewed and approved your health questionnaire. If an order isn't approved, it is cancelled and fully refunded.
Tracked shipping
Every order is sent with tracked delivery. See our shipping policy.
Our guarantee
If your product arrives damaged, or if a test by an independent laboratory that we can verify shows your batch falls below the specification on its certificate, contact [email protected] with your order reference. We'll offer you a replacement or a refund for the affected item. See our returns & refunds policy for details.
