These terms cover your use of blockamino.com and any order you place with BlockAmino ("we", "us"). BlockAmino is run from London, United Kingdom. Contact: [email protected].
1. Age
You must be 18 or over to use this site or buy from us. By placing an order, you confirm you are 18 or over. We may ask for proof of age and cancel orders where we can't confirm it.
2. Prescription items and the health check
Some products can only be supplied after a clinician's health check. - When you order a prescription item, you will be asked to complete a health questionnaire. - Our prescriber reviews it. Your order is held and not dispatched until our prescriber approves it. - You pay when you place the order. Your answers are reviewed by our prescriber before dispatch. - If our prescriber doesn't approve the order, or needs more information you don't provide within 14 days, we cancel the order and refund you in full. - You must answer honestly and tell us about any changes to your health or medicines. - Our prescriber's decision is final. We never supply a prescription item without approval.
3. No medical claims
Nothing on this site, in our emails or on social media is medical advice, and we make no claims that any product treats, cures or prevents any condition. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before using any product, and always follow the label and any prescriber instructions.
4. Orders and prices
- Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include VAT where it applies. We accept payment in cryptocurrency only (ETH, SOL, or USDC on Ethereum or Solana); we don't accept card payments. The amount due is the USD total converted at the time you pay. Delivery costs are shown at checkout.
- An order is a request to buy. A contract forms when we dispatch your order and email you to confirm.
- We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, a price is clearly wrong, or a health check or age check isn't passed. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund you in full.
- Discount codes follow the terms shown with them, can't be exchanged for cash, and are limited to one per order unless stated.
5. Delivery, returns and refunds

6. Your use of the site
Don't misuse the site, give false information, or try to get around the health check or age check. We may suspend accounts that do.
7. Our liability
- We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill.
- We are not responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable, for business losses, or for losses caused by using a product against the label or prescriber instructions.
- Our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
8. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier strikes or severe weather. We'll tell you and, if needed, offer a refund.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on the site when you order applies to that order.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
