Peptide Specialist
Help customers find the right products for their goals and support our prescriber review process. This is not a medical or prescribing role: the Peptide Specialist does not diagnose or prescribe.
Responsibilities
- Help customers choose products that fit their goals
- Answer product questions using our published product information
- Support the prescriber review process by gathering customer intake information
- Contribute to our research summaries
What we look for
- Strong knowledge of peptides and biochemistry (a life sciences degree is a plus)
- Clear, accurate communicator
- Customer-focused and patient
Customer Support Specialist
Help customers with their orders and questions by email, quickly and clearly.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer emails about orders, payments and delivery
- Track orders and keep customers updated
- Log common questions so we can improve our help pages
- Work with operations to resolve delivery issues
What we look for
- Clear, friendly written English
- Organised and reliable with a fast response time
- Experience in e-commerce or customer support is a plus
- Comfortable with crypto payments, or keen to learn
Content & Community Lead
Write our research summaries and social posts, and look after our community. Organic growth only.
Responsibilities
- Write short, neutral summaries for our research feed
- Plan and write organic social posts
- Reply to community questions and comments
- Keep all content accurate, sourced and free of health claims
What we look for
- Strong writer who can explain science simply and accurately
- Comfortable reading research papers and science news
- Experience growing an online community organically
- Good judgement on what not to say
Fulfilment & Operations Coordinator
Keep orders moving from payment to tracked delivery.
Responsibilities
- Process and check orders once payment is confirmed
- Arrange tracked shipping and handle delivery queries
- Keep stock levels and records up to date
- Help improve packing, shipping and order workflows
What we look for
- Very organised, with strong attention to detail
- Experience in fulfilment, logistics or operations
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and order systems
- Reliable and good at clear written updates
